All BUPA, HCF and Medibank patients can enjoy TWO no-gap check up and cleans in a year (including x-rays), as long as they are 6 months apart.
We accept all other private health funds including HIF and OneMediFund.
We also see Medicare card patients under the Child Dental Benefits Scheme as well as Veterans' Affairs patients.
When coming for your first appointment, please try to arrive 10 minutes earlier as there will be a new patient questionnaire to fill out.

We accept all major health funds, with HICAPS available for immediate on the spot claiming.
If you are with a private health insurance, please bring along your health fund card so that we can claim your benefit on the day. The card number is insufficient. We need the actual card to swipe through our HICAPS machine as this is a security measure.
All gap payments will be due on the day. We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Debit Card, Visa and MasterCard.
For more complex treatment plans, there is an option of finance with National Dental Plan.
We also provide Medicare services of Department of Veterans’ Affairs and Child Dental Benefits Scheme. Please inform us when booking if you will be using this service.
Please try and give us at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. A late cancellation could mean that someone requiring an emergency appointment for a toothache may not be able to be seen.
A small fee may be incurred for missed appointments or late cancellations.
